Privacy
This page sets out what information we keep, why, for how long, and how to ask for it to be deleted.
What we keep
If you have a customer account
- your first and last name
- your phone number
- your email address, if you gave us one
- your password, encrypted — we cannot read it
About your vehicle
- the registration, make, model, year and colour
- the mileage recorded at each visit
- the history of work carried out and its cost
If you book an appointment
- the workshop, date and time requested
- the services requested
Why
The mileage lets us warn you when an oil change falls due. The history lets any of our workshops know what has already been done to your vehicle, without you having to explain it. The phone number is used to reach you when the car is ready.
A visit without an account remains possible. We then open the order on the registration alone: no name, no phone number. In return, no loyalty voucher can be issued to you, and your history does not follow you from one workshop to another.
Who has access
Our workshop staff, for the purposes of the service. Every access and every change is recorded with the name of the person and the time.
We do not sell any data and do not pass it to any commercial partner.
For how long
The service history is kept for as long as you remain a customer, because that is its whole purpose: an oil change done three years ago is still useful information. Accounting documents are kept for the periods required by law.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Speak to the workshop where you are a customer, or write to us: we reply within thirty days.
Deleting the account erases your personal data. Accounting documents already issued are kept: the law requires it, and they cannot be altered.
Cookies
We set two cookies: the one that keeps you signed in to your account, and the one that remembers the language you chose. The first disappears when you sign out, or after fourteen days. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.
Videos
Some videos are hosted by YouTube or Vimeo. Until you click the image, your browser does not contact them: the page shows only a picture and a button. So nothing is sent to anyone if you do not start the video.
If you start a video, playback happens at that platform, and its own rules then apply to that playback. We use YouTube's so-called no-cookie address, which limits what is recorded. Videos hosted on our own servers involve no third party at all.
